Angie’s Drama

This blog is really about the crazy things that happen to me on a daily basis. Everyone always says, “You have the worst luck” or “It only happens to you”.

So-here’s a little bit about me:

-I married the boy I had a crush on in 8th grade. I was friends with his friend’s younger sister. He had no idea I was alive. I used to write Angie Walker or Angie and Rob on my notebooks. Now it’s Team Walker

-I love Peoria and won’t move. It’s big enough so that you can go unnoticed if you want or small enough so that you can run into ten people you know. Plus, somehow, everyone is linked much like six degrees of Kevin Bacon

-When I first went to college, I was sure I was going to be a chiropractor. Then communications came a callin’.

-Rob and I met when he was waiting tables at Rizzi’s on Sheridan and I was bartending at Pepperoni’s on Main Street. We worked together at Rizzi’s for several years.

-I still have my first dog Sophie who is the queen of the castle and spoiled rotten. The other pups just have to deal with her.

-I want my own bar/restaurant

-I’m a HUGE Parrot Head-but I also love hair metal. Bon Jovi, Motley Crue, Poison, Def Leppard and Guns and Roses are my favorites.

-My favorite movies include: Best in Show, Steel Magnolias, Drop Dead Gorgeous, A Mighty Wind, About Last Night, Hitch, Foul Play, Casino, Vacation and Vegas Vacation.

-My favorite television shows inlcude: Arrested Development, Gilmore Girls, Criminal Minds, Friday Night Lights, Reno 911, Beverly Hills 90210, CSI Miami and Ghosthunters.

-The last book I read was Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Currenty, I’m reading In Cold Blood another Capote book.
