Tomorrow, on the 20th, I turn 34. We’ve had some great preliminary nights, getting ready for the big day. Saturday, a bunch of friends went down to Alexander’s Steak House for dinner, then to Crusen’s new beer garden and then the Recovery Room to finish the evening. Sunday, I joined Rob and Kevin at the TT Races, my first ever. Wow. While I love the tailgating, that hill is a monster. And boy, did I see ever see people that should not be wearing tank tops, let alone jeans and no shirt. But, we had a good time. That night, my dad, aunt, Rob and I went to the Fish House which was spectacular, as usual. Tomorrow, I hope to get my glasses (so I can pass my exam for the renewed drivers license), and hit the pool for a few hours. We’re having a cozy dinner at the Hoffbrau House with Jim, Colleen, Roxy and Greg. This year is all about the new things for Angie. I went to the duck blind draw, the TT Races, probably to the opening day for doves, the Knob Creek Machine Gun Shoot, offered to go to South Dakota for hunting and have absolutely all my stamps to hunt anything possible in Central Illinois. Yep, it’s a new year for me and I’m hoping next year is even better!
That’s funny … You don’t look a day over 25.
Rob’s beginning to show his age, tho.
Have a Happy Birthday!
Hi Angie!! Hope you have a GREAT birthday. (Got one myself comin’ up on the 30th. #65!! How the heck did THAT happen??) Miss ya…and, hope to see ya sometime. All the best..and, tell Rob “hi”.
Happy Birthday. At 34, you’re still a “young’en.”
Ang your birthday-week is not quite over. A belated gift awaits you at KP’s should you choose to accept the mission.
Happy belated, Ang!!
Oh, shoot… sorry I’m late to the party… 34 isn’t old… (which is what everyone older than you will say) and even if it is, relatively, at least you’re still out and having fun! I think that ended for me around 24.
